What would you say would be a February flavour?
Not summer here. Still when the sun dares to shine grilled fish is always a party at my house. Fresh vegetables on the side or boiled potatoes and some greens - broccoli, for instance.
And a tall cool glass of white wine…
One of my favourite #desserts. I sometimes add sultanas, currants or raisins (I prefer seedless dried grapes, to be honest) and some walnuts to the mix.
Served with a generous spoon of cool whipped cream or a nice serving of vanilla ice cream… on a drizzly cloudy day…
Heaven!
